Beginner Crochet

  • $72.00

This class is for those who have never crocheted or who are still learning basic crochet techniques. The skills that will be taught are the following: holding a crochet hook, chain stitch, foundation chain, turning your work, working in rows and basic finishing. Students will first make a spa washcloth, as a practice swatch and will then be guided in making a pair of fingerless mitts/handwarmers. Time permitting, students may learn how to add a crocheted scalloped edge to their hand warmers. After completing this class, you will be well on your way to becoming a crocheter!
