Basics of Felting

There were some amazing felted works of art created today by the students of the Basics of Felting class. Starting with an inspirational picture, Barbara guided them through the basic steps of both wet and dry felting. Tomorrow students will be creating needle felted butterflies like the ones you may have seen hanging at the store. It’s not too late to sign up for this introductory course and the details can be found on the classes page of the website along with descriptions of other felting classes such as needle felted easter eggs and sushi. We carry a full selection of needle felting tools and fiber, including hand died fiber from Sweet Georgia.
