Laine 7 is an interesting mix of easy, relaxing patterns and patterns that will challenge and teach even the experienced knitter something new. The 12 designs include 3 shawls, 1 cowl, 3 sweaters, 3 cardigans, 1 vest and 1 pair of mitts, so there is something for everyone. Three of the designs feature colour work.
Besides gorgeous knitwear there are several articles, including an interview with Veera Välimäki and a travel guide of London.

The colours included in this set are: Pollen, Fool’s Gold, Harvest, Monarch, Rosehip, Sari and Poison.Each set consists of 7x 100g skeins of hand dyed Sock Yarn, which is a blend of 90% merino and 10% nylon, approx. 400m/100g. Smooth and soft with great stitch definition. Custom spun exclusively for Hedgehog Fibres and randomly dyed to prevent striping or pooling, as much as possible, these yarns create variegated effect that looks good in plain stockinette or advanced stitch motifs.

Say hello to the newest colours of Brooklyn Tweed Shelter & Loft!
Pumice is a tweedy mid-grey blend that completes the Brooklyn Tweed grey colourway family, somewhere between Sweatshirt and Snowbound.
Iceberg is a pale, ice blue with subtle flecks of aquamarine, turquoise, cerulean and creamy white.
Yellowstone is an earthy blend of warm shades of gold, rust and umber.
All three colours are available today, in store or online.

The marketplace is open Sat Sept 29th 9am to 6pm and Sun Sept 30 9am to 3pm. Note that these are new hours this year. Summer Notes

We are happy to continue our Monday evening Knit Nights throughout the summer (except holiday Mondays) and our store hours are unchanged. Thinking ahead, we are working on our fall class schedule and have already posted some dates! If you have any suggestions for classes you would like us to offer, let us know. We will not be offering our drop-in "Knitting 911" sessions in July and August - they will resume on Wed Sept 12th 1:00 to 3:00. We will continue to offer private lessons over the summer - contact the store to arrange.
